License

A license provided by CreaDivi grants to the user a non-exclusive license to make use of the CreaDivi assets to create unlimited End Products. When created using CreaDivi, an “End Product” is a set of related files and can be defined as:

• A collection of website pages
• One single website page
• A part of a website page
• A website plugin

You are licensed to use an End Product for personal or commercial projects. We have simple rules:

• You CAN create an End Product for you or a client.
• You are allowed to make modifications on CreaDivi assets as you desire. If it’s combined with other digital products, the resulting product are subject to the terms of this license.
• You CAN’T re-sell or redistribute the CreaDivi assets as stock, in a free download or its source files. A CreaDivi asset can’t be a part of greater product that violates the terms of this license.
• You CAN’T use a CreaDivi asset as logotype or in any type of mark.
• You CAN’T use a CreaDivi asset (or a derivated/modified version of it) in any type of builder, customizer or “on demand” service.
• You CAN only use the CreaDivi assets in consonance with laws. A defamatory, aggressive, obscene use or any type of law transgression will be against the terms of this license.

The ownership remains with CreaDivi Team and the respective copyright holders. You are required to abide by the licensing terms. The licenses may be terminated in case of non-compliance with the agreed terms. The license terms can be modified at any time.
